Dear Susan.. For 75 years I have enjoyed entertaining friends in my home. I started with recipes for four from a book called “merry mixers” published by the Cleveland Plain Dealer’s food editor. It culminated Saturday night with your lovely party. A lovely table with tempting food, beautifully presented. If this was my last party, I leave with glory. Dear Susan: We were totally satisfied with every aspect of your service for Michelle’s bat mitzvah. Friday evening Shabbat dinner was wonderful, the food delicious. Your matzo ball soup was especially good and I suggest that you keep that recipe! Everyone had nothing but compliments about how tasty the food was. The Kiddush luncheon was beautiful and I am still hearing from my peers at work about how much they enjoyed the food & presentation. Please extend my appreciation to your prep cooks and servers who were courteous and efficient. They really did a nice job. Well, you are 2 for 2 with us and we hold you and your crew in the highest regards. Please feel free to use us as a reference. Susan: I wanted to let you know how fabulous the brunch was the day after Joyce’s wedding. Your staff was great, the food was beyond my expectations and working with you was a pleasure. I have passed your name along to anyone who may need a caterer. Everyone I talked to just raved about the food. I think the choices that we made and also the combination of things really made it a nice event for everyone there. It sure helped that the weather cooperated and having the flowers here was great. I just wanted to thank you again for your focus on the details and making everything really easy for me. I felt like a guest at the party!!! Kitty
Susan, The food and the service on Friday night was wonderful. The menu was fabulous! Many, many compliments. I loved the mushroom bread pudding. I'm a sucker for mushrooms and bread so when you combine the two... Everyone raved about the shrimp/wasabi. Debbie and crew were as great as ever. She liked the kitchen!!! I knew she would! Thank you for being so easy to work with, my friend. I know it was all good because I really relaxed and enjoyed myself and my guests. Not a care in the world Cathy
Susan, What absolutely wonderful food you created for Corey's party. Couldn't have had more compliments, and many asked, of course, who the caterer was. Your girls did a great job. I apologized for keeping them so late when they had the Art Museum event on Sunday am. Carol
